Municipal Affairs Head (P - TMA)
Responsible to manage the Municipal Affairs department in TMD Lippo Karawaci; this will involve building and maintaining good relationship with government institutions and assist the residents of Lippo Karawaci with all government issues. Also responsible to lead the customer service teams to provide the highest standard of customer service to the residents through the 24-hour customer service call center as well as disseminate information, literature, and publications as necessary for the residents. TMD General Manager (P - TGM)
Primary role is the successful and efficient operation of the Town Management Department (TMD) of Lippo Karawaci.
