Qualifications :
- Preferably Architect, Civil Engineers and Project Managers can be considered
- Min. 5 years of experience
- Hotel projects experience
- Expatriate or Indonesian
- Ready to be based in Jakarta
- Good English
- Relationship skills
- Hotel projects in Indonesia and Malaysia
- Assistance to Development Team
- Defining spesific Hotel Projects
- Supervision and liaison with Consultant (PM, Architect, ID, M&E)
- Follow up of projects construction
- Owners relationship
- Operation relationship
