Customer Service Officer (Ref: SC001)
Professionally manage and execute daily order capture up to invoicing processes, distribution, rebate/incentive, enquiry and complaints handling with customers, and close the loop on needed communication between Customer Service Center and Finance, Sales/Marketing, Supply Chain/Manufacturing and other service provider

Requirements :

  • Posses Bachelor Degree in any fields from reputable university
  • Good understanding of Business Fundamentals (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing)
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service function
  • Operational capability
  • Computer literate, familiar with SAP order Management is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills

Warehouse Manager (Ref: SC002)
To manage and controll all company assets under responsible area, including equipment, sample, waste material - within high accuracy level and comply with HSE Handling and Storage policies. To ensure effective receipts, storage and distribution of all products and efficient physical/SAP stocks movement-based on FIFO. To achieve customer services at agreed QUOTIF level.

Requirements :

  • Posses Bachelor degree in any fields from reputable university
  • At least 3-5 years experience in Warehousing/Production/Operation areas
  • Posses a good understanding of pesticide and its safety
  • Computer literate, familiar with SAP system
  • Direct, motivate, train and develop people

Product Manager (Ref: SE001)
Develops the Field Crop strategy and prioritizes the business activities. Organizes the commercialization of the right hybrids, to the right places at the right time Coordinate the activity across functions: R&D, marketing, Sales & Supply. Prepares the 5 year plan, the budget and implements tactical plans to achieve country goals.

Requirements :

  • Understanding Seeds market and competitive practices
  • Strategic thinking, planning and implementation
  • Hands on management of operational marketing and monitoring ability
  • Extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and Value Chain concept and strategy
  • Posses strong communications, interpersonal skills and team working skills
  • Fact based decision making process, balance facts versus intuition

Assistant Breeder (Ref: SE002)
Support respective crop breeding and development projects. Independent handling of breeding projects or segment. F1 seeds production and proper evaluation. Develop new materials suitable for the different segments. And bring innovative products to capture winning edge and increase market share. Preparation for project & hybrid related information and handling database.

Requirements:

  • Posses Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Science or related degree from a reputable university
  • Good knowledge of the vegetables seeds industry
  • A thorough knowledge of breeding theory (genetics, statistic)
  • Computer skills
  • Able to handle resource (technician, farm manager, service agencies, etc) tactfully for timely results and action

Regional Sales Manager (Ref: SE003)
Plan and realize maximum profitable and sustainable growth of sales utilizing strong strategies based on customers needs. Identify business opportunities and make clear recommendation for their exploitation. Establish solid customer services, close cooperation with dealers and key customers. Direct, motivate and develop Sales Executive to a competent sales force team in the area.

Requirements :

  • Posses Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Science
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Seeds market
  • At least 5 years experience as Sales Supervisor
  • Persuasive leader with ability to take quick decision
  • Analytical thinking, planning ability and entrepreneurial mentally
  • Willing to be located in Sumatera, Kalimantan or Sulawesi

Financial Reporting Assistant (Ref: SE004)
Responsible for Group reporting, SOX compliance & audit. Regular review of compliance of various policies & controls in operations to ensure SOX compliance. Design, implement & ensure compliance of SOPs. Coordination with external/internal auditors, Regional & Group reporting contacts.

Requirements :

  • Sound understanding of basic concepts of accounting
  • Understanding of requirements for SOX compliance & experience of ERP implementation/extensive use will be advantage
  • Familiarity with computerized business environment. Advanced user of any ERP, microsoft Office
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure of tight deadlines
