(“KEI”) is the operator of Kangean PSC working area which is located at the easternmost islands of the East Java Province. The Kangean PSC has a variety of assets in its area including producing oil and gas fields and substantial exploration potential.

KEI is currently developing Terang gas fields for the first gas in Q2 2010, and will supply the gas with a peak production rate of 300 MMCFD to customers in East Java mainland. KEI is also developing Pagerungan Utara (PUO) oil field that to be on line by 2009.

KEI will continue to develop the significant hydrocarbon resources in the area by appraising the existing discovery, such as West Kangean, and accelerating the exploration programs.

KEI is conducting the activities in the PSC under the management control of Mitsubishi Corporation (Mitsubishi) and Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd (Japex), with Energi Mega Persada Tbk. (EMP) as a partner. The technical, commercial and financial expertise of Mitsubishi and Japex, together with the local expertise of EMP will enhance the value of Kangean PSC for all the stakeholders, including Government of Indonesia and local communities where the area is located.

Senior Reservoir Engineer (CODE : SRRE)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum University degree, major in Petroleum engineering (or any related discipline)
  • Age between 30 - 45 years old
  • Minimum of 6 - 10 years knowledge and have experience with the application of traditional and non-traditional reservoir engineering techniques including decline curve analysis, volumetric analysis, well test analysis, material balance, pressure transient analysis, economic and risk analysis and other aspects of reservoir engineering
  • Familiar and able to run with Eclipse, PETEX, OFM software
Facility Engineer (CODE : FENG)

Qualifications:
  • Minimum University degree, major in Mechanical Engineering (or any related discipline)
  • Age between 30 – 45 years old
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years in the same filed of expertise or equivalent competencies
  • Familiar with day-to-day process control (chemical and petrochemical) & design engineering standards and drawings (PiD, Isometric)
  • Preferably familiar with AutoCAD & other engineering software
  • Must be organized and knowledgeable with offshore production surface facilities, including gas compression, gas processing, condensate stabilization, gas dehydration unit and glycol regeneration

Planning and Control Manager (CODE : PACM)
Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing Project Planning and Control Division covering: development of Project planning system, Scheduling, Budgeting, Progress tracking, Progress Control System, Document Control System, Material Control system and Contract management
  • Experience in developing and managing POD, AFE, WP&B for the Project
  • Min 10 years in handling Project planning and control system
  • Minimum University degree, majoring in Engineering

QA/QC Coordinator (CODE : QAQC)
Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing QA/QC system, covering: Quality Plan, Quality Tracking & Control, Quality Audit and Quality Improvement in compliance with the regulations, codes, and standards
  • Experience in obtaining government certificates and permits
  • Experience in controlling the Contractors and Vendors quality
  • Min 10 years in handling Project QA/QC
  • Minimum University degree, majoring in Engineering

Discipline Coordinator (CODE : DISC)
Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, and construction projects
  • Min 10 years experience in handling engineering, procurement, and construction projects
  • Minimum University degree, majoring in Engineering

Commissioning Coordinator (CODE : COMC)
Qualifications:

  • Experience-in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, pro-commissioning and commissioning
  • Min 10 years experience in handling engineering, procurement, and construction projects
  • Minimum University degree, majoring in Engineering

Senior Marine Engineer (CODE: SRME)
Qualifications:

  • Experience in:
    - Managing FPSO/FPU/MOGPU and FSO systems from initial design through manufacture and testing and onward to installation and start up
    - Interface with Contractors/Vendors and other disciplines in relation to the FPSO/FPU/MOGPU, FSO and other Marine Systems
  • Minimum University degree, majoring in Marine Engineering
  • Min. 8 years in handling FPSO, FPU, MOGPU, FSO and other Marine systems

Senior Contract Engineer (CODE : SRCE)
Qualifications:

  • Experience in Developing, monitoring and controlling contract covering Contractor/Vendors and other disciplines interfacing regarding contractual matters in compliance to company standard and regulations
  • Minimum University degree, majoring in Engineering (preferable in Industrial engineering or Construction Management)
  • Min. 8 - 10 (Ten) years in Project Control

Senior Process Engineer (CODE : SRPE)
Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading Process engineering team for Process Design: Design Basis, Conceptual design, Process Safety, FEED, Detail Design, Vendor/Contractor/Inter-disciplines interfacing, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, and As Built
  • University degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Min 8-10 years experienced in Process engineering

Mechanical / Piping Engineer (CODE : MPEN)
Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling design, procurement, and constructions of Piping, Mechanical and/or Rotating system
  • University degree in Mechanical engineering
  • Min 2 years experienced in Piping, Mechanical and/or Rotating Engineering

Senior Safety Engineer (CODE : SRSE)
Qualifications:

  • Understand ISO 9001 : 2000, OHSAS 18001, HSE Policy & Regulation is a must
  • Familiar with Quality Tool: Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Problem Solving Tool, Statistic, Lean Manufacturing Process
  • Minimum 10 years in oil and gas operation with 5 or more years as Safety Engineer
  • University degree in any disciplined or Health & Environmental

General Requirements :

  • Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry for both Offshore and Onshore facilities
  • Familiar with related applicable regulations, codes, and standards
  • Exceptionally good communications, fluent in English (verbal and written) and interpersonal relations skills
  • Highly motivated, Diligent, Team work, Computer literate, Hard & Smart worker
  • Exceptionally good communications and interpersonal relations skills, upholds confidentiality
