Qualifications :
- Male, min. 35 years old (GM & PME)
- Male/Female, min. 25 years old (MM & ME)
- 5 years experience in Tropical Resort with Tropical concept project (GM & PDM)
- 3 years experience in Housing Resort / recreation marketing (MM & ME)
- Strong leadership
- Creative, self motivated and pressure-persitent
- Excellent interpersonal & comunication skill
- Trusted developer with big scale projects
