Meratus Line doesn't know the meaning of limits when it comes to growth-personal or professional. As our business continues to escalate, we need to expand our professional Customer Service team in Palu, Sulawesi
Customer Service Officer report to the Branch Manager. These individuals interact extensively with our customers and are responsible for ultimate customer satisfaction. Timely, accurate responses to all customer inquiries about services, handling booking, documentation, inventory status, and informations management are a definite must in this key role. CSOs must be able to gather information via telephone, be diligent in data entry, and manage complex order processing through our various distribution centers nationwide. Those who do will find unlimited promotion opportunities in all sales, distribution channels, and operation.
Requirements for this position include an bachelor degree or equivalent customer service experience; inventory or distribution management background is preferred; strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills; computer/data entry proficiency; and a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation. A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
