Sales Admin Officer

Job Description:

• Assisting Sales & Marketing for marketing activities (customer contract, filling & handling customer complain)
  
• Responsible for processing customer order (local & import) and make sure to be delivered/shipped as per the requested schedule.
  
• Coordinate with production Dept. to produce material for customers
  
• Responsible to provide weekly & monthly sales report, merchandise stock report
  
• Follow up outstanding payment customers

Requirements:

• Female
  
• Holding S1 degree from reputable university.
  
• Smart, highly self motivated person, good initiative & teamwork, good communication skill and able to work under pressure.
  
• Having at least 2-3 years related experience.
  
• Must be able to communicate in English, oral and written.
  
• Possess knowledge of SAP.
  
• An attractive compensation package will be offered commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
