Sales Trainee Development (Code: STD)

Essential Function:

• Develop-execute business plan faster than market growth; target by revenue & profit.
  
• Develop-manage sales managers & account managers to secure company’s business goals & opportunities.

Required knowledge and skill:

• Fresh graduates are highly welcome. (max. 1 year experience).
  
• Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related .
  
• Interest to sales field.
  
• Having basic IT knowledge, strong common sense.
  
• Pleasant personality & appearance, good integrity (= honest, loyal & trustable), Outgoing & friendly (to meet/approach other people), humorous & assertive.
  
• Looking for a long-term permanent employment (over 3 years)
