PT Heritage International Project is seeking energetic, innovative and result-driven candidates to fulfill the growing team in Jakarta. All positions require ability to communicate in English as well as computer literacy.

Designer

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related fields
  
• Has experiences in interior design firm, Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  
• Ability to operate Auto CAD, free hand drawing, 3D Max presentation
  
• Ability to do cost estimation
  
• Excellent marketer and presenter of design works of self and others
  
• Possessed team spirit and able to communicate with others well

Marketing

Qualifications:

• Have experience in related fields will be an advantage
  
• Bachelor degree or higher in interior/related field to property development is a plus
  
• Excellent command of computer literacy
  
• Self motivated, strong leadership, have the ability to work independently and contribute in a team
  
• Excellent communication in English, networking and negotiation skills
  
• Team spirit and communicate with others well
