Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for the supply chain including people, processes, assets, and inventory management
• Manages and develops the planning, logistics, warehousing and customer service teams
  
• Drives the demand, Pipeline, and Supply planning process in close collaboration with the sales teams
  
• Oversees the Procurement, Importation and Customer Service process
  
• Manages the Inbound and Outbound Logistics and The Warehousing process
  
• Collaborate with the regional supply chain development projects simultaneously
  
• Develops systems and procedures to track and improve key performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration /Management or any course related to Supply Chain Management & Logistics
• At least 5 years of working experience in fields related to Supplu Chain & Logistics, understand integrated supply chain and logistics concepts
  
• Knowledge in planning and forecasting systems, ERP/MRP, CRM
  
• Hands on experience in ISO Systems and certification & surveillance procedures
  
• Sound analytical ability and ability to facilitate change
  
• Strong project management and people management skills
  
• Proactive, energetic ,result oriented and mature
  
• Fluent in oral and written English in addition to Bahasa
  
• At least 35 years old
  
• Indonesian citizen on holds relevant residency status
