Queensland Supervisor (Code: QSP) - Sumatera Selatan, Jawa Barat

Job Summary

  • Supervise implementation and performance achievement of all project activities such as rural activities to consumers & retailers, second layer activities at Traditional Markets, and Mitra Outlet program. The person is also expected to provide inputs for improvement and roll out best practices from one area to other areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise project implementation, EO team performance & distribution and sales achievement.
  • Give feedback plus improvement to resolve problems at field.
  • Do intensively monitoring survey to ensure excellent execution and result at all Queensland areas.
  • Maintain consistent contact and strong partnership, also coordination with regular Area Team and Distributors (RD).
  • Provide solution for any cases happening between EO and RD, with support from Area Team.
  • Communicate with project manager for any inputs, improvement to be done for achieving better result or for better efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Establish report for Manager (distribution & sales, result with applicable recommendation).
  • Do follow ups for any recommendation or next steps.

Requirements


  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • 2-5 years experience as Sales Supervisor and handling projects.
  • Understand territory location is preferred.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Accepted by other people, has ability to influence, integrity, and can work in a team with positive pressure.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Good communications and presentation skills, at least in passive English.
  • Willing to be located in all area of Indonesia.

Shift Leader (Code: SL)

Job Summary
As responsible person:


  • To ensure shift production activities run smoothly, safely and achieve agreed target (safety, quality, productivity and quantity)
  • To manage shift work resources to enable production dept operate on high standard performance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead on shift production shop floor execution to ensure delivering high performance results. Lead production trouble shooting to resolve problems as soon as possible.
  • To maintain safe work place and implementation of Production activity compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standard.
  • Checking and controlling all Production operational to achieve production target and quality standard.
  • Ensure run shift production run within budget given.
  • Increase capability of employee to achieve production target.
  • Controlling production process to decrease waste product.
  • Developing and communication team work in all production section to ensure continuing implementation of management team work.
  • Coordinate and manage shift maintenance crew to support production activities.
  • Evaluate shift employee performance to improve performance.
  • Coach, supervise line leader to deliver high performance results.
  • Provide shift production report
  • Key contributor on continues improvement in production department


Requirements


  • Age maximum 35 years old
  • Formal education: Bachelor degree in primary area of engagement
  • Working experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in related field
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing concept and implementation, VSM, 5S, TPM, 7 tools, Six Sigma and Black belt certified is advantage.
  • English proficient and Computer Literate (Ms. Office, SAP)
  • Has good analytical skills, passion for driving change and strong leadership

Manufacturing Process Supervisor (Code: MPS)

Job Summary


  • Leads the plant level improvement process by gathering and analyzing data, evaluating data, evaluating improvement opportunities and implementing improvement project.
  • Assures plant level improvements align with the Plant Specific Technology Plan, thereby closing local performance gaps and increasing Asset capability (AC).
  • Provides plant level improvement project support, which may include fulfilling roles in cross department improvement journey.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assisting the Production Manager in identifying key measures using plant performance data analysis.
  • Partnering with plant operating personnel to secure process data for identification of technology gaps, improvement opportunities, and project definitions.
  • Coaching plant personnel on measurements and daily updates of technology performance/asset utilization.
  • Identifying plant improvements that are aligned to Global and Plant Specific Technology Plan objectives
  • Championing Plant Improvement Team and assures proper set up and use of global opportunity identification tools (opportunity Tracking System, Idea Tracker, etc)
  • Validating improvement opportunities using global tools and assists in building the Plant Specific Technology Plan
  • Assisting the Production Manager to ensure implementation of Business supported projects as identified in the Plant Specific Technology Plan.
  • Assisting the improvement leader in collection and analysis of improvement project result data.
  • Providing technical plant support in specialized areas including process simulation, modeling, risk analysis and process optimization.
  • Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff/supervisor involved.
  • Working closely with other specialists, including: supervisors responsible for the quality control of raw materials to ensure formulation in each day, intermediates and finished products; production schedules; and the operating crew.
  • Coordinating and implementing ISO 9001.2008 to shop floor in Production Department to ensure production activity following the procedure and ISO requirement and made continuous improvement.

Job Summary


  • To achieve in sales target of their respective area by executing distribution program in all Channel Type, implementing merchandising guideline, Leading, coordinating and motivating the Distributor team as well as executing trade promotion program

Key Responsibilities


  • To deliver sales and profit targets assigned to distribution area.
  • Manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan.
  • Assist implementation and realization of promotional targets given to regional distributor. Establish a historical activities database, and provide analysis/feedback to ASM highlighting KSF and problems (key learnings).
  • Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors.
  • Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors.
  • Survey regional distributor area coverage plan to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and assist regional distributor in implementing improvements and oversee plan realization.

Requirements

Key Account Executive (Code: KAE) - Bali, Denpasar

Job Summary


  • Responsible to manage the sales result and company’s program in all Modern channels (MTI and MT KA) is well implemented

Key Responsibilities


  • To deliver sales and profit targets assigned to distribution area.
  • Manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan.
  • Assist implementation and realization of promotional targets given to regional distributor. Establish a historical activities database, and provide analysis/feedback to RSM/RSM highlighting KSF and problems (key learning).
  • Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors and Head office KA team and CTM as well as the supply planning team.
  • Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors.
  • Survey regional distributor area coverage plan to determine if all potentials are fully developed. Make recommendation and assist regional distributor in implementing improvements and oversee plan realization.

Requirements


  • At least Diploma degree in any discipline (prefer Management or Economic major)
  • 1-2 years sales experience in similar industry or consumer good industry prefer as Key Account Supervisor
  • Proficient in English
  • Sales skills in handling Modern Trade and understand Distribution System
  • Solid decision-making skills and Result-Oriented, experienced in determining Sales Target & Sales Budget. Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Good communications and presentation skills, at least in passive English.
