PT Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a part of the Sibelco Group, Belgium, which is operating in the minerals manufacturer purpose application to many sector industries, such as Glass Industry, Ceramic Industry, etc. Located in Jababeka Industrial Estate, Cikarang, now we’he have been having four factories in Indonesia. Due to the fast growth in our business, we urgently seek competent individuals who are willing to grow to fill in the following posts :
1. Operation Manager - OM
- Male, S-1 Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum 6 years old experience managing operations in a manufacturing company
2. Finance Manager - FM
- S-1 Accounting from a reputable university, with S.2 in finance will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience (supervisory level & above) in a major Accounting Firm as an Auditor and 3 years as a Finance & Accounting Manager
- Understand ERP Concept and hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting Sop
3. HR&GA Manager - HRM
- S-1 Psychology or Administration, S-2 will be an advantage
- Minimum 8 years of experience as HR Manager
- Able to handle full spectrum of HR&GA related duties such as. Payroll up to annual Income tax return, Compensation and Benefit HR1S. Performance Management, Industrial Relations & Manpower department
4. Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff (FS)/Supervisor (FSp)
- S-1 Accounting from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years or experience in Accounting for Stall and 5 years for supervisor having external audit experience is a plus.
5. Legal Officer - LO
- Male. S-1 Law or Administration from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of experience in dealing with legal administration & licenses issue such as, Notaries deed. BKPM etc
6. Engineering Manager - EM
- Male, S-1 Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a manager inc manufacturing company
7. Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Staff
- Male S-1 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company
General Requirements:
• Able to communicate clearly In English
• Proficient in Microsoft family software
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
• Creative, meticulous & able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Wiling to travel to sites depending on business needs
