PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) – PNM is one of the Indonesia’s largest financial institution. The Company was established in 1999 and operated as a wholly Government-owned Corporation (BUMN) focused to provide financing solutions to MSMEs and co-operatives sectors. The Company based in Jakarta and supported by 2 subsidiaries and 12 affiliated companies. In 2008, the Company formed ULaMM (Unit Layanan Modal Mikro), a micro finance capital units. Currently PNM supported by 580 units of ULaMM networks, consist of 477 units of ULaMM offices, 22 branch offices, 5 sub branch offices, 76 cluster offices in 22 province all over Indonesia. The Company had showed significant operational results in first semester of 2012. As of end of June 2012, PNM revenue during 2012 amounted Rp420.90 billion or jumped about 40% over the same last year period amounted to Rp300, 29 billion.

Marketing Training Program (MTP)

Requirements:

• Male / female, not married with max age 25 years old


• Minimal D3 from all majors with GPA min 2.75


• Mastering in the local language and local culture


• Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline and orientation of the target


• Physically Healthy and never involved drugs and / or other unlawful


• Willing to follow the training and education program in Medan/Jakarta/Surabaya/Makassar


• Willing to undergo bond department

Marketing Unit (MKU)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, with age max 32 years old


• Min: S1/D3 from all majors


• Preferably experienced min 1 year as Sales/Marketing in micro-credit Micro Banking Unit or Micro Finance Institutions (BPR, Credit Unions, Multi Finance) and have customers base


• Mastering in the local language / culture


• Having good communication skills, honesty, discipline and target orientation


• Able-bodied and have never been involved in drugs and / or other unlawful


• Have customer base and vehicles (SIM C)
