PT. KRAKATAU POSCO is a Joint Venture Company between KRAKATAU STEEL & POSCO that have experience on steelmaker manufacturing.

PT. KRAKATAU POSCO will reach capacity total about 6 million tons/year when finish the second phase of construction at 2014. Products of the company will consist of Slab, Plate, and Hot Rolled Coil (HRC). Company will constructed on Cilegon, Banten, and will need investment about USD 6 billion.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

1. Management Trainee Program – Industrial Engineering (S1), Information Technology (D3/S1)

Requirements

• Bachelor / Academy Graduates or students who will graduated in 2012 (S1/D3)


• Maximum 24 years old for S1 and 23 years old for D3


• GPA (IPK) > 2.85 of 4.0 scale


• Having TOEIEC or TOEFL score will be advantage


• Hard worker, creative, initiative and able to interact with other teams effectively


• Closing date : 30 September 2012

2. Management Trainee Program – Mechanic (D3/S1)

General Requirements

• Bachelor / Acedemy Graduates or student who will graduated in 2012 (S1/D3)


• maximum 25 years old for S1 and 23 years old for D3


• GPA (IPK) > 2.85 of 4.00 scale


• Having TOIEC or TOEFL score will be advantage


• Hard worker, creative, initiative and able to interact with other team effectively


• Test location : Semarang, Solo & Padang


• Closing date : 04 October 2012

Notes:

• Having the opportunity to train in POSCO Korea


• Only the matching candidates will be shortlisted based on GPA and other criteria
