IT Support - Karma Resorts is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be part of our team.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Field within hotel operations
- Has training capabilities for troubleshooting and support regarding IT related matters, in order to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all users.
- Good customer support skills
- Fluent in English.
- Good knowledge in LAN, Security, wireless, IP Telephony (PABX), and hospitality solutions and software.
- System and database administration
- Good analytical abilities.
