General Administration-Agency Business Development

(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in coordinating and preparing administration support for developing agency activity outside Jakarta such as TRF, TEC, and also ETC.
  • To assist in ABD (Agency Business Development) budget control.
  • Prepare and coordinate ABD national monthly schedule.
  • Prepare material, stationery and other training and event equipment.
  • Coordinate communication all event in ABD
  • To assist in relation for other division / department.
  • To help monthly agency and staff event in ABD.
  • To assist in maintaining positive team building environment in ABD.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, in Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year working experienced in related field.
  • Has a good knowledge in Insurance and Banking / Financial institutions industry is an advantage.
  • Has a good attention to details and willing to learn and grow.
  • Good communication skill, both oral and written in English.
