1. Attractive appearance
2. Fluent in English is a must
3. Fluent in daily conversation in Japanese or Mandarin or Russian will be highly desired
4. Balinesse speaking fluency is a must for Guest Relation Leader applicants
5. Willing to be positioned in Kuta area
6. Customer satisfaction oriented
