Site Administrator
(Africa - Burkino Fasa)
Responsibilities:
* All site office administration
* Assisting with contracts administration and document control
* Setting up new site personnel
* Other adhoc administrative tasks as they arise
Requirements:
* 5+ years in a site administration role
* Strong administrative and clerical skills
* Previous experience working on an international project (preferably in Africa)
* Previous experience working in the resources industry
* Ability to Fly in fly out on a 10 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation
* Willingness to work in Africa
Infrastructure/Civil Supervisor
(Africa - Burkina Faso)
Responsibilities:
The Infrastructure/Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the contractor to ensure all project development activities are produced in alignment with project requirements and deliverable are of the highest quality.
Requirements:
* 7+ years experience in infrastructure construction particularly in mining related infrastructure and minerals processing plants
* 3 + years experience in direct supervision positions of construction projectsoverseeing the civil contractor
* International project experience ideally on African projects
* Demonstrated knowledge of contract standards and a sound background in contract administration duties
* Ability to achieve consistently high standards within budget and schedule constraints
* Strong understanding and awareness of project implementation, constructability, OH&S, environmental and community issues

Electrical Supervisor

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Electrical Contractor to ensure all project development activities are produced in alignment with project requirements and deliverable are of the highest quality.

* 7+ years experience in the construction of minerals processing plants
* 3 + years experience in direct supervision positions of construction projectsoverseeing the Electrical Contractor
* International project experience ideally on African projects

Responsibilities:
The Materials Controller is responsible for the coordination of goods, materials and equipment procured for the project from the date of purchase until hand-over to the site team or allocated site contractor. This activity is to be managed in alignment with the project’s requirements, particularly with regard to quality and schedule.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in the purchasing, expediting, transport and logistics disciplines in the engineering or construction industries.
* A sound knowledge of international freight laws, regulations and practices
* International project experience ideally on African projects
* Ability to FIFO
* Willingness to work in Africa
Desirable
* Supply and / or Logistics qualifications or equivalent
SMP Field Engineering
(Africa - Burkina Faso)
Responsibilities:
* Management and contract administration of the Structural, Mechanical and Piping Contractor during the construction and commissioning phases
* Assessment of contract claims and variations
* Ensuring works are performed in accordance with the design
* Ensuring works are carried out in accordance the project schedule
* Resolution of technical issues
* Interface with the client operations team to ensure smooth transition into operations
Requirements:
* Mechanical Engineering Degree
* 10+ years Mechanical Design Engineering experience
* Strong site based Mechanical Field Engineering experience
* International project experience ideally on African projects
* Solid experience working on gold plants.
* Strong communication skills

Requirements:
The successful applicant will display the following skills and experience:
* 10+ years experience administering and maintaining contracts with in the mining/resources industry
* Previous experience working on international projects and ideally Africa
* Demonstrated experience preparing, tendering, negotiating and awarding small to large service agreements.
* Strong negotiating skills
* Initiative, self-motivation and the ability to work without supervision
* Excellent communication skills, written, electronic and verbal
* Ability to Fly in fly out on a 10 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation
* Willingness to work in Africa
Desirable
* Tertiary qualification in commerce, business or related areas (desirable)
