Registering your company in SC Johnson’s Supplier Diversity database takes only a few steps:

Complete a Supplier Business Profile in our Supplier Diversity database.
Upload proof of your certification by a national and/or regional minority supplier development council or other approved certification process.
Include any other relevant information that describes your company and its capabilities more thoroughly.
Information will be maintained in the database. At the end of each year, it is the supplier's responsibility to update their Supplier Business Profile and upload an updated certification.

To strengthen our organization, we are looking for highly potential people to fill the following vacancy:


Area Sales Manager 
* Provide a focused control and execute it successfully of all sales and distribution-related activities within a geographic region
* To deliver regional sales and profit targets
* To manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan
* Maintain consistent contact and strong partnership with regional distributors

Account Manager 
* Develop sales plan and execute it successfully in Modern Trade Channel
* Employ a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving the sales quota
* Maintain mutual relationship and communication with customers and modern trade channel
* Market intelligence, achieve sales target, maintain customer relationship and achieve excellent customer service

Sales Project Manager 
* Direct follow-up with prospective customers, assess customers needs and requirements to ensure optimal responses
* Organize and conduct sales presentations, negotiate and prepare sales proposal
* Achieve sales revenue target
* Generate demand by targeting specific channel and sales infrastructure
* Work with management to define efficient and effective ways to penetrate rural market
* Work with management to define strategies to target these customers
* Define activities to target potential customers and develop methodology to measure effectiveness of sales and marketing activities




Sales Supervisor 
* To deliver sales and profit targets assigned to distribution area
* Manage the implementation of an effective promotion plan
* Assist implementation and realization of promotional targets given to regional distributor
* Establish a historical activities database, and provide analysis/feedback to Area Sales Manager
* Maintain consistent contact and strong partnering with regional distributors
* Implement and review achievement in customer management programs for regional distributors
* Survey regional distributor area coverage plan to determine if all potentials are fully developed
* Make recommendation and assist regional distributor in implementing improvements and oversee plan realization

All above position will require minimum experience of 2 years in similar role and candidates must be willing to be stationed in Jawa region (East, Central or West). A strong sales experience in FMCG organization will be an advantage
