Responsible for supporting production process include:
- Counting capacity & cost / unit in production line
- Designing basic concept of fixture / tools / equipment / inspection jig
- Design efficiency program and production productivity
Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1)
• Min GPA 2.75, Age max. 27 years old
• Having good technical drawing skill
• Having good knowledge in manufacturing process and quality requirement in each process, Having good knowledge in machine spec./jig/tools & equipments, good knowledge in material characteristic
• Having good analytical thinking, teamwork, & managerial skill

ENGINEER QT
responsible for all Audit QA System and purpose the improvement
Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Mecanical Engineering (S1)
• Min GPA 2.75, Age max. 27 years old
• having good technical drawing skill
• having good technical drawing skill, good knowledge in calibration & measurement method
• having good anlytical thinking, high initiative, fast learner, & hard worker

CONSUMER INSIGHT ANALYST
Responsible in market and product survey Honda motorcycle, include making plan until survey report. Analyze survey report as a base of strategic marketing plan.
Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Statistics (S1)
• With min GPA 2.75, Age Max 27 years old
• Have an experiences in market research min 2 years
• High integrated, High motivation, interest and handy in outdoor activity, Having interest in manufacturing area especially motorcycle

PRODUCTION SECTION HEAD (PROD-MFG)
Responsible as Section Head in production process to:

• Planning, reviewing design & schedule of temporary project per - area
• Monitoring innovation and improvement with section
• Make an innovation or modification in production support

Requirement :

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical  Engineering (S1)
• Min GPA 2.75
• Age max. 27 years old
• Having good communication skill & adaptability
• Having good leadership & teamwork

PART PLANNING COST ENGINEER
Responsible in improvement & efficiency cost of part
Requirement :

• Having good knowledge of production manufacture process
• Having good knowledge of production management system

PRODUCT ENGINEER (PQE-PEN)

• Responsible in testing motor cycle component or unit and analyzed testing result
• Design measurement and component testing tools
• Making improvement

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (S1)
• Min GPA 2.75
• Age max. 27 years old
• Have  technical competency product engineering
• Having good knowledge in product testing
• Interest in automotive especially motor cycle

ANALYST APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT (IT-APP DEV)
Analized IT system need and responsible in designing IT system until system working
Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Information Engineering/Computer Science/ (S1)

• Age max. 27 years old
• Having good analytical thinking & capable to design IT system
• Having good knowledge of programming (Java, Net , ABAP), Having good knowledge
• in operating system , database (RDBMS) , computer hardware / network
• Capable to making plan (Project Management)

SALES AREA SUPERVISOR (MKT-SAS)

• Analized product selling,competitor, and market condition
• Responsible in improvement marketing program for increasing market sale includ

• Having good knowledge in PSAK, TAX
• Certified in Brevet A & B

EHS SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ANALYST (GA-EHS)
Responsible in all action about management system and Health & Safety system in company.
Requirement

• Having knowledge in SMK3 / OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001
