Circle K’s success in the convenience retailing industry spans more than 50 years. Our roots trace back to 1951 when Fred Hervey purchased three Kay’s Food Stores in El Paso, Texas. In 1999, a franchise program was introduced to support operators looking to build a business with a leading convenience store brand. Now there are more than 6,000 Circle K sites operating in the US and seven other countries.

Personnel Coordinator (PC) (Batam)
Riau - Batam
Requirements:

  • S1 majoring in Psychology or Law from reputable universities.
  • Aged between 28-35 years old
  • Experience 3 (three) years in the field of Human Resources.
  • Have experience in the field of industrial relations.
  • Able to coordinate with government agencies and the police.
  • Has coaching and counseling skills.
  • Have public speaking skills and training
  • Willing to be stationed in Batam


Supply Chain Coordinator
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the entire process of procurement through the distribution of items needed by the store running smoothly and precisely (number, specification and time)
  • Ensuring availability of all product items throughout the store in DC and smooth and precise (number, specification and time) so there is no shortage or excess stock products
  • Ensure the entire process of shipping goods to the stores to effectively avoid mistakes or delay in delivery of goods


Requirements:

  • Male, age between 25-32 years old
  • Education DIII/S1 from all directions
  • Having experience min. 2 years in the field of supply chain
  • Have the ability to warehouse and transportation management analysis
  • Have knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • Mastering Microsoft Office, especially MS. Excel
  • Understand the concept of warehousing / logistics are good
  • Capable of driving a motor vehicle (cars & motorcycles)
  • Have SIM A and C


Accounting Staff
(South Sulawesi - Makati)
Requirements:

  • Aged between 23-35 years old
  • Education min. D3 majoring in Accounting / Economics / Management
  • Having minimum 1 year experience in the same field from reputable retail business
  • Able to operate computer (Ms. Office)
  • thorough, flexible and has a good analysis


Regional Controller
(South Sulawesi - Makati)
Requirements:

  • Education Min. S1 precedence Accounting Programs
  • Age between 27-35 years
  • Having min 3 years work experience in the same field
  • Master of management accounting, Finance and Tax in theory and practice
  • Mastering software applications in the field of accounting
  • Have high analytical skills, especially numerical analysis
  • Mastering computer literate
  • Able to use English properly
  • Able to perform financial controlling in the region
  • Able to manage traffic based on the financial budget finances region





IT Support

Requirements:

  • Education Min. S1 Information Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
  • Age Min. 25 years
