In order to supports its business expansion in Karawang – West Java, PT. Bekaert Indonesia is looking for talent to fill in the following positions:


SALES ENGINEER (SE)
(Jawa Barat - Karawang)
Responsibilities:

• You will follow up customer complaints, technical support, and after-sales service to ensure optimal solutions for both the customers and Bekaert
• You will build up in depth knowledge of own product portfolio, cutomer's product portfolio, and production processes
• You will gather and distribute all relevant information on customers, market, and competitors
• You will create and ensure the appropriate customer service mindset

Requirements:

• You hold a minimum Bachelor from a renowned university with 5 years working experience, with proven performance in sales and marketing 
• You have strong negotiation and communication skills, also have an excellent  customer focus
• Self motivated and committed, and willing to travel extensively
• English, Japanese, and Chinese proficiency is requiredsupported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

EXPORT IMPORT OFFICER (EIO)
(Jawa Barat - Karawang)
Responsibilities:

• You will manage and handle the import and customs activities of all imported goods
• You will ensure all imported goods are handled properly according to the prevailing rules and regulations within the specified time to avoid unnecessary extra costs
• You will report directly to the purchasing manager

Requirements:

• You hold a bachelor degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Economics/Logistic with 2-3 years relevant experience in export/import
• You have good knowledge of customs clearing procedures
• You pay attention to details, posses a high sense of urgency, and able to liaise effectively with external parties
• Good speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

PPIC Officer (PPICO)
(Jawa Barat - Karawang)
Responsibilities:

• You will ensure effective production and manpower planning for the plant
• You will ensure availability of raw material, consumables and packing material in order to deliver best service to customer
• You will work closely with production team to ensure on time delivery to customer

Requirements:

• You hold Bachelor degree in Engineering with 3-5 years relevant working experience in multinational manufacturing industry
• Have knowledge in SAP and MRP would be an advantage
• Have good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skill
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office

Quality Engineer (QE)
(Jawa Barat - Karawang)
Responsibilities:

• You will solve production-related quality problem and actively contribute to quality assurance
• You will develop and implement quality procedures and quality system
• You will analyze the critical parameters of the quality process, propose and implement modifications which have positive impact on Bekaert’s product qualities
• You will manage the laboratory and monitors the quality of materials used in the production process

Requirements:

• You hold Bachelor degree in Engineering with 3-5 years relevant working experience in multinational manufacturing industry.
• You should have knowledge in ISO 9001 : 2008 and ISO TS 16949 also capable in developing the system
• You should have certification as Lead Auditor
• You posses strong analytical and problem solving skills and show a passion for technology
• You are a team player who is dynamic, innovative and result-oriented person
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
