Requirements :
- At least 3-5 years experience in Villa and hotels at DOSM level
- Exceptional communication & networking skills
- Comprehensive understanding of MICE, Corporate and Leisure markets
- Previous experience in BALI (advantageous)
- A track record in Leadership, coaching and development of a diverse team
CONCIERGE MANAGER
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of direct concierge, hospitality, or travel experiences
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to fluently read, write, comprehend and speak a 2nd language is a plus (French, German or Russian)
- Customer oriented and willing to give a excellent assistance to the guest
