Cost Accountant (Post Code: CA)
Responsibilities:
  • Provide Inventory Valuation for WIP & FG
  • Provide Inventory Movement Analysis
  • Analyzed product profitability
  • Prepares Cost Variance analysis
  • Prepares Cost of Good Sold Reports
  • Product Pricing
  • Perform cost and inventory analysis
  • Provide variance analysis by monitoring the standard and actual cost, in order to get the accurate product costing
  • Responsible for annual inventory stock take to ensure the accuracy of inventory report
  • Able to control all stock management based on inventory and warehouse management, in all branches
  • Analyze and propose safety stock for the production
Requirements:
  • Male/ Female Max 35 Years
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in same field
  • Good understanding of operational processes of a manufacturing company
Internal Control Assistant Manager (Post Code: ICAM)
To ensure that the effectiveness of the internal control which includes controlling system and its implementation for overall financial and accounting function across the PT FB Indonesia in accordance with existing policy and procedure in order to support business activity.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary responsibility will be to plan, manage and execute operational and compliance audits in the PT Fonterra Brands Indonesia as well as complete special projects as the needs arise
  • The individual in this role will hold to assist Finance & Accounting Manager in the Internal Audit role for the PT Fonterra Brands Indonesia
  • Manage audit team and document audit or special project activities in accordance with professional standards (e.g., GAAP)
  • Manage day to day performance and oversight of the audits (e.g., assessing risk, defining scope of audits, managing time budgets and resolving issues). Lead projects which require working with operating management and audit staff/management to facilitate open communication, issue resolution and delivery of quality audit services
  • Establish positive working relationships with audit customers to provide value added audit services while maintaining independence and objectivity
  • Facilitate career development of self and audit team member(s). Prepare and deliver assignment and periodic performance evaluations to assigned team member(s) within department standards
  • Administrative functions include preparation of periodic updates and significant event reports to the Management and Global Internal & Compliance Audit
  • Measures and Compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • To carry out reviews of processes and practices with the objective of recommending improvements in the efficiency, effectiveness and savings
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance from reputable university
  • Having working experiences at least 3 years for the same position
  • Familiar with JDE systems
  • Strong analytical skill in accounting system and procedures
  • Good communication skill, good command in English, good leadership skill
  • Accurate and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel around
  • Industry background dairy, food product or FMCG
National Key Account Manager (Post Code: NKAM)
Deliver sales result and growth in National Key Account Chain through the development of Key Account Management Strategy and Key Account Manager (People) Capabilities within the Key Account organization

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales result and growth in National Key Account Chain
  • Develop Key Account Team Strategy and Key Initiatives guidelines for Key Account Team
  • Manage and monitor total trade fund budget in National Key Account Chain
  • Set and define trading term framework guidelines for National Key Account Chain
  • Develop Key Account Managers capabilities and competencies through an array of task delegations, coaching and trainings
  • Review individual Key Account customers business plans (SWOT Analysis, Size of Prize, SMART Objectives, Value Planner and Key activities grid)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Min. 5 Years experience in key account management and has extensive exposure on managing modern trade channel
  • Has essential knowledge and practices of trade fund management.
  • Has negotiation, presentation & coaching skills
  • Excellent relation with national key account & local key account
  • Industry background dairy, food product or FMCG
