Business Development Coordinator - Req. # : 8367 - Jakarta
WorleyParsons Indonesia is looking for a Proposals Engineer to be based in Jakarta Indonesia. We would prefer a candidate with knowledge of WorleyParsons systems and experience in making bids and proposals for FEEDs, Detailed Engineering projects as well as EPC and PMC projects. Candidate should be an Engineering graduate with minimum 10 years experience, at least 5 years in oil & gas industry. He should have experience working with EPC contractors, engineering contractors for preparing proposals, tenders, quotations etc.
Job Requirements
- Preparation of Technical Market Survey, Screening and Bid submissions for Client organizations.
- Preparation of Commercial Bid submissions for Client organizations. Following required review processes
- Preparation of Commercial Bid submission estimates for review by Management Team. This includes allowances for identified Risk
- Compliance with EMS requirements for submission of Market Survey, Screening and Bid submissions for Client organizations
- Handover of successful proposals to assigned Project Manager
- Attending meetings with Client Organizations
- Preparation of Marketing and Capability Documentation to support the general business development activities: Including Project Profiles, Experience Lists and Pamphlets.
