Teller (TL)
Denpasar (Bali), Gresik (Jawa Timur), Jember (Jawa Timur), Kediri (Jawa Timur), Malang (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

  • Menerima dan melayani semua transaksi cash dan non cash nasabah sesuai sistem dan prosedur yang berlaku,
  • memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada nasabah
  • merekomendasikan nasabah yang potensial kepada personal financial consultant untuk ditindaklanjuti / dilakukan cross selling

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university with IPK 2.75
  • Female with maximum 26 year of age
  • Attractive and good appearance
  • Highly motivated, hard worker, and disciplined
  • Highly accuracy, detail and excellent administration
  • Computer literate ability to work in computerized environment
  • Having experience as Teller on Bank is preferable





Customer Service (CS)
Denpasar (Bali), Gresik (Jawa Timur), Jember (Jawa Timur), Kediri (Jawa Timur), Malang (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:

  • Memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada nasabah / calon nasabah dengan memberikan informasi yang akurat dan tepat,
  • melakukan cross selling kepada “walk in customer”,
  • melaksanakan administrasi transaksi nasabah dengan tertib ,
  • menangani dan menyelesaikan komplain nasabah tanpa mengabaikan kebijakan dan sistem prosedur yang berlaku untuk meningkatkan customer satisfaction index


Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from a reputable university with IPK 2.75
  • Male/Female with maximum 26 year of age
  • Attractive and good appearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, hard worker, and disciplined
  • Highly accuracy and excellent administration
  • Ability to speak foreign language (English / Mandarin) will be an advantage
  • Computer literate ability to work in computerized environment
  • Having experience as Customer Service on Bank is preferable
