Senior Sales Executive for SAP Product
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead projects & initiative in Indonesia to ensure that the company's SAP and/or services are able to reach the intend market.
  • Responsible for selling SAP solution package to customers
  • Develop and promote new opportunities, ensure timely closure of opportunities.
  • To generate sales and business for the organization through networks and sales visits.
  • Sales / projects follow-up and after-sales services.
  • Report sales activity to target.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • Candidate should have a proven track-record in analyzing / strategizing & executing business plans
  • At least 1 - 3 years of sales experience with not less than 3 years in selling SAP Support Services projects
  • Experience in selling SAP implementation project preferred 
  • Self-driven and result oriented.


HR Executive
Sumatera Utara - Medan
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment processes for staff, sourcing candidate, shortlist applications, test and interview, and ensure recruitment processes are complete and conform with company’s procedure. 
  • Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources 
  • Administer Selection Test and ensure updated with hiring department’s requirement
  • Assist in preparing, process and control all documents and permits for expatriates in order to obtain legal permit for working and living conform with current government regulations.
  • Administer on-boarding process and conduct new employee orientations
  • Prepare HR paper work such Personnel Details, Employment Agreement in HR related matters for new employee, promotion, transfer, change of status employment, and provide HR administration assistance & maintain human resource data bases, both computer software systems and manual filing systems
  • Administer exit process and ensure the clearance process is conduct properly
  • Assist in Coordinate and monitor the implementation of Performance Appraisal process
  • Provide and maintain Training Administration 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from any major, an education in Human Resources would be a definite asset
  • Training in recruitment and interviewing skills a definite asset
  • Experience interviewing, assessing and hiring staff
  • Goodcommunication skills and interpersonal skill
  • Good command in English, verbal and written
  • 3 - 4 years work experience in a HR Generalist role





Admin Executive
Sumatera Utara - Medan
Responsibilities:

  • Provide office reception Greeting visitors, vendors and customers, answer phones and route them to the correct department
  • Receiving and dispatching correspondenceand contacting the third party
  • Handle requisition and maintenance of office equipment including furniture, telephone system, attendance record machine , keys etc.
  • Handle all purchase for offices supplies and utilities
  • Arranging business travel, and hotel arrangements for management and employees
  • Responsible for printing of office stationeries, including envelopes, letterhead, namecards
  • Handle process expense claim


Requirements:

  • Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants with some organization experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time positions available.
  • Have an experience in Admin is an advantage.
  • Excellent using Microsoft Office.
