Hereby to invites you a highly qualified, experienced in providing the following services for Company’s an Offshore activity to fill the vacancies :
1. Services Contract Officer (SCO)
Activities and Responsibility :
- To guarantee the quality and efficiency of the procurement and supplying practices in term of cocts and delays
- To assist service contract coordinator and/or contract engineer during of the contract for mobilization/demobilization of services provider s personnel
- To assist services contract coordinator of contractual certificates and documents (Performance Bank Guarantee and Change Order)
- Guarantee the quality and efficiency of the procurement and supplying practices in terms of cost and schedule
Qualification/Experience Required :
- Diploma in administration, secretary or accounting with strong knowledge of tendering and contracting of service contract in project management of Oil and Gas
- Self starter, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in spoken and written English
2. Application and Technical Administration Officer (ATAO)
Activities and Responsibility :
- Technical and Engineering documentation control, document formatting, prepare weekly engineering matter status, management of document register follow up, numbering and official issuance : Technical Memo, visit/surveillance report, inspection reports
- Prepare reporting from Electronic Document Management System (PRODOM)
- Maintain technical files and archiving system
- Assistance to Contract Manager and Head of Department during Basic Engineering or contract bid evaluation/clarification
- Assistance to Head of Department of Leads for technical presentation preparation
Qualification/Experience Required :
- Effective time management to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates verbal and written communication skills
- Preparation of accurate written communications
- Quality and accuracy of database is maintained
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Conversant with Excel and Power Point
- Conversant with Electronic Document Management System
3. Method & Procedure Engineer (MPE)
Activities and Responsibility :
- HSE Management system implementation within the frame work of projects EPSC s contracts and under the authority of the Methods & Procedures Manager
- Assist project in providing HSE expertise
- Ensure projects commitment to HSE matters and adherence to HSE objectives
- In coordination with affiliate Environment Department
- In coordinate with affiliate Training Department
- In coordinate with affiliate Emergency Response Team Department
- Provide guidance and advice to project for all case of accident investigation
- Review and comment CTR incident investigation report
- Assist project to ensure CTR HSE performance improvement
- Contribute and participate in safety behavior award program implementation
Qualification/Experience Required :
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar position (in Asia would be an advantage)
- Evidence of appropriate formal training in key activities noted above
- Experience in audit performance at construction yards, oil & gas facilities or / and marine facilities
- Good inter-personal skills, well organized, good written and oral communication skills including English language (language of the project) and computer literacy, trainer ability
- Ability to works on his / her own initiative but function as an integral part of a team
- Flexible and pro-active approach
4. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Activities and Responsibility :
- Advice and assistance to Project Construction management teams within in the management of costs and contract administration, including ensuring contracted parties compliance with mandatory contractual obligations
- Continually monitor local market price levels and cost trends relevant to project construction development and project activities
- The development of the quantity surveying discipline within project construction, including the training, supervision and mentoring of quantity surveyors and trainees
- Supervise the development and maintenance of cost data library
- Monitor and advise Construction Project Teams on the expenditure of allowance and provisional sums in the contract
- Provide assistance in the preparation of tender documentation and the evaluation bids
- To develop cost, contract and change management training materials and deliver seminars to construction project personnel
Qualification/Experience Required :
- Engineering degree
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience post graduation
- A level expertise in a specific discipline
- Preference given to a previous member of multi-discipline terms or projects
- Required knowledge of one more of the Following, Engineering, Construction, Platform Installation, Hook-Up, Safety, call of tender and contract negotiation, cost control, planning, contractor management, project team management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and high level of integrit
5. Certification Engineer (CE)
Activities and Responsibility :
- Ensure that all required Certification and Permit for Equipment, Facilities & Installation delivered from Project Construction as per prevailing regulation, are provide in due time and within budged
- Ensure that Place Into Service (PIS) is well prepared and approved in due time to avoid delay in Cost Recovery
- Compliance with Company safety objectives
- To develop, implement and maintain the Certification, Permit & PIS Procedure in accordance with prevailing and updating regulations by MIGAS and /or BP Migas
- To identify all permits and certificates required for each project
- To prepare the Certification, Permit and PIS process with involvement of Project Management Team
- To monitor implementation of Certification Contract for all projects within the division
- To ensure that all selected equipment needed for MIGAS certification are covered
- To prepare documentation of all project certificates and to ensure that all certificates of equipment are available by the end of project
Qualification/Experience Required :
- Degree in Mechanical/Petroleum Engineering with 3-4 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Autonomous, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulation, PTK007, MIGAS certification process, and Permit Authorization process
- Fluent in spoken and written English
