RECRUITMENT & COMPETENCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER (Code : RCM)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree, Preferable from Engineering and/or Psychology from reputable university
• Having minimum 5 years HR related work experience
• Having experienced deal with engineering people
• Experience in recruiting, developing and maintaining candidate database, updating Organization Chart/ Job Description/ competences, training, organizing annual Employees Performance Evaluation
• Having good knowledge of Government Labor Regulation
• Good command of English both oral & written
