• Male, max 33 years old
• S1 in Finance/Marketing & S1 in Architect/Civil
• Having experience as Project Manager/Project Coordinator in Property min 5 years
• Fluent in English/Mandarin is a must

2. HR Manager

• Max 35 years old
• S1 in Psychology
• Having min 5 years experience

3. Technical Coordinator (TC)

• S1 in Civil Engineering
• Able to coordinate in field

4. Marketing Coordinator (MC)

• S1 in Management
• Have an excellent networking skill and communication

5. Finance Controller (FC)

• S1 in Accounting
• Understand about cash-flow

• Good in AutoCAD & building design

• Have experience in calculating the volume of building and making analyzing unit price based on market conditions

• Having experience as HRD Officer (Recruitment, Training & Administration)

9. Legal (Le)

• S1 in Law
• Having experience in notary office

10. Accounting Staff (AS)

• S1 in Accounting
• Excellent in accounting procedure
• Having recent knowledge about tax & payroll

11. Landscape Supervisor (LS)

• Min D3 in Landscape
• Have experience in making Landscape design
• Familiar with Autocad Program

12. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

• D3 in Electrical Engineer
• Having experience in handling mechanical & electrical for housing and building

13. Surveyor (SVY)

• S1 in Geodesi
• Able to work independently & use total station

14. Building/Infrastructure Inspectors

• D3 in Civil Engineer
• Having experience in Building / Property

15. Cashier (Ca)

• D3 in Accounting / Management
• Having experience as a cashier at the property

16. Collection Staff (CLS)

• D3 in Accounting/Management/Finance
• Having experience as a Collection staff in the housing estate

17. Sales/Marketing

• Min D3 any majors
• Having experience working as property sales, teller or customer service is priority
• Have good networking

18. Promotion Staff

• Min D3 in Graphic Design
• Able to work in promotion area
• Able to make property advertisement

19. Public Relation (PR)

• Female, max 35 years old
• S1 in PR, Mass com/International Relation
• Having min 5 years experience
• Have a wide networking in Media

General Qualifications:

• Able to work under pressure
• Position number : 8, 10, 15, 16 max 27 years old
• Position number : 5,6,7,9,14,17,18 max 28 years old

Head of Supervisor
Qualification:

* Male max 28 years.
* S1 Civil Engineering graduates from reputable universities.
* GPA minimum 3.0
* Mastering MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD.
* Experience in the field of project property / high rise building / warehouse at least 3 years.
* Able to calculate the structure of the program and manual handling.
* Able to analyze the details of building (structural, architectural & ME).
* Active English - spoken and written.
* Willing to be placed on projects both within or outside the country.

Supervisor
Qualification

* Male maximum 25 years.
* S1 Civil Engineering graduates from reputable universities.
* GPA minimum 3.0
* Mastering MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD.
* Experience in field supervision in the field of project property / high rise building / warehouse at least 2 years.
* Able to calculate the structure of the program and manual handling.
* Able to analyze the details of building (structural, architectural & ME).
* English passive (preferably active - oral and written).
* Willing to be placed on projects outside the city.

Assistant Project Manager
Qualification

* Male max 30 years old.
* S1 Civil Engineering graduates from reputable universities (S2 would be an advantage).
* GPA minimum 3.0
* Mastering MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD.
* Able to create cash flow and project budgets.
* Experience in the field of project property / high rise building / warehouse at least 5 years.
* Able to conduct the bidding process and coordination of work structures, architects and ME.
* Active English - spoken and written (preferably can Mandarin).
* Willing to be placed on projects both within and outside the country.

Qualifications :

• Hardworker, good teamwork, strict and honest
• Report to Project Manager & has subordinate all team for project supervision
• Age between 38 - 48 years old
• Minimum education S1 / Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience as RE / Construction Manager (CM), minimum experienced in two different project, for highrise or mix use buildings
• Other skills in MS. Office, Ms. Project, Englih (oral & written), familiar with Contract Administration such as FIDIC
