Requirements:

* Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering or Architectural from reputable Universities.
* At least 4 years working experience as Construction Manager.

General Qualifications:

* Fluent in English, both oral & written.
* Computer literate.
* Available for immediate employment.
* Good communication skill.
* Good health condition.
* Willing to be placed for project outside Jakarta.
* Able to work in team.
* Able to work under deadline and under pressure.
* Well organized.

SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

* Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1) majoring in Civil Engineering or Architectural from reputable Universities.
* 3-4 years working experience in supervising structural and architectural work in pharmaceutical industry.

General Qualification:

* Fluent in English, both oral & written.
* Computer literate.
* Available for immediate employment.
* Good communication skill.
* Good health condition.
* Able to work in team.
* Well organized.
* Willing to be placed for project outside Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities:

* Doing maintenance service of port cranes;
* Conduct extensive on-site electrical and electronic troubleshooting to determine cause for equipment malfunction and establish the necessary repairs;
* Be available “on call” as part of service office rotation and provide after hours service.

Requirements:

* Minimum SMK / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or related field of equivalent vocation / technical training;
* Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repairs with some electronics experience;
* Prior experience in crane would be an advantage.

Port Sales Manager (for Jakarta/Surabaya)
Job Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell Konecranes maintenance concepts;
* Selling parts and services;
* Selling retrofit;
* Manage key accounts;
* Develop new customers;
* Maintain and grow existing customers base;
* Supervise and develop team;
* Compile market / competitor analyses; strengths and weakness analyses.

Supervisor (Jakarta)
Job Responsibilities:

* Manage technician in maintenance and trouble shooting of port cranes;
* Lead and guide technician & admin;
* Staff development;
* Maintain company and brand image of Konecranes;
* Monitor and maintain the company equipment and assets in proper conditions and good working order;
* Daily report.

Requirements:

* Self-starter;
* Well organized and works well in a team;
* Possess a demonstrable experience in supervisor;
* Minimum diploma in Electrical Engineering;
* Candidate with port cranes background will have an added advantage;
* Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
* Minimum 3 years of experience;
* Good technical skill.

Sales Engineer of Port / Industrial Crane (for Surabaya)
