PT. Nutricia Indonesia Sejahtera, a leading baby food manufacturing company is currently seeking qualified candidate to join Production Officer. The qualified candidate will be trained and developed in the production area, quality and performance manufacturing which are expected to become Future Team Leader in our factory. This position will be reporting directly to Production Manager.

There will be series of program combined with intensive review to asses the performance of the candidate.

REQUIREMENT

To become a successful candidate you must have at least:

1. Educational Background Preference

Bachelor Degree (S1) - Recent Graduate or will reach the final graduation in near future, with following one of the academic criteria;

- Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, & Electronic, Chemical GPA Min 3)
- Food Technology or Mechanical Farm (GPA Min 3)

2. Solid Competency :

- Strong technical background with proven academic record
- Must be able to act on own initiative
- Must demonstrate organizational sensitivity
- Must demonstrate potential for future development
- Computer literate

3. English profiency (oral & written as well ad preparing report) is a must

4. Willing to work in Shift Basis.

The incumbent will assist Marketing Cost Control Manager in ensuring all financial activities in Region office and its Districts are conducted in accordance with the financial policies and standard procedure.

Responsibilities :

• Establish strong internal control in branch office and safeguard company assets
• Ensure that all claimed documents are appropriate and already comply with finance procedure for reimbursement.
• Check coding of all expenses in financial report

• Perform bank reconciliation for region bank accounts and submit to Head-office on timely basis

• Monitor product sample distribution
• Monitor, control and process any trade promotion program from customers
• Monitor regional office budget versus actual expense

• Identify and achieve marketing and sales cost saving opportunity in branch office

To become a successful candidate you must have at least :

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Economy from reputable University
• High degree of accuracy, discipline and integrity, strong analytical, negotiation & persuasion skills
• Excellent computer skill in using Microsoft Office application programs (Ms Excel, MS Words, MS Powerpoint) and good knowledge of accounting systems preferably for Exact System
