Requirements:

Job Description:

• Provide general administrative support for sales export department, which includes arranging shipment, tracking shipment expenses, maintaining records on purchase orders, inventory, invoices, and accounts receivable
  
• Assist sales officer in preparing export documents and internal management reports.

Warehouse Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male, minimum education D3 logistic/accounting/management or high-school graduate with extensive knowledge in inventory control system
  
• Able to operate computers and excellent in using MS Office programs
  
• Preferably live around warehouse area (Industri Palem Manis, Tangerang)

Job Description:

• Assist current management to set up and implement inventory control system
  
• Maintain inventory levels by scheduling efficient shipping and receiving of freight. This involves coordination and rotation of stock to allocate space.
  
• Ensure quality and safety standards are followed by employees, and scheduling warehouse staff.
  
• Report to accounting supervisor in Jakarta Office.
