• Top tier university degree
• Superior academic, and extra curricular track record
• Outstanding analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluency in English and preferrably one other Asian language (such as Bahasa Indonesia, Thai or Mandarin)
• Flexibility to work in a multi-country/cultural environment with extensive level

For senior positions, we look for :

• Superior career achievment with record or rapid progession prior consulting ecperience would be an advantage
• A Master degree (MBA preffered) from top-tier university with strong academic achievments
