The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing, delivering sales objectives and developing strategies for growth. The candidate must have extensive sales and marketing experience with a strong track record of sales, good people management, and has experience in managing a business unit. Experience in medical devices and/or pharmaceutical business will be preferred.
Travel is required and may account for 30 - 40 % of the candidate's time outstation. The candidate should be self-motivated, can work independently, as well as in a team, and must be result oriented.
All candidates applying for the above positions must have :
- A Bachelor Degree (MBA would be an advantage) from a recognized university
- A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Apprenticeship Program
This is a 12(twelve) months program designed for bright fresh graduate students who are ready to take the future challenges :
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree from recognized university with GPA min. 3.00/4.00
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Has pleasant personality, energetic and self-motovated
Upon successful completion of the program, the candidate will be given a Certificate of Apprenticeship Accomplishment from Johnson & Johnson Medical Indonesia.
