Lowongan Kerja Procurement Staff PT Berlian Laju TankerPT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk is an international Liquid Cargo Shipping Company, established in 1981, with operations primarily throughout Asia and the Middle East, as well as Europe. In 1990, the Company became the first shipping company in Indonesia that listed its shares on Jakarta Stock Exchange and Surabaya Stock Exchange. The company is also listed in Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited starting the third quarter of 2006. Procurement Staff
Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Naval Architecture / Marine Engineering / Economy from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Min. 1 year experience in Procurement
  • Male / female with max. 28 years old
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written
  • Good communication skill
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good negotiation skill is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing requisition for quotation from vessels to order spare part, lubricant oil, and maintenance or repair
  • Preparing request for quotation from vendors or source new vendors
  • Negotiating terms (price, quantity, delivery date)
  • To get approval from technical manager
  • Preparing and submitting purchase order to vendor
  • Serving as liaison between Technical Department, vessels and vendor on issues regarding delivery, quality, incomplete, and or damaged shipment
  • Keeping record of purchase order, price and quality of major vendors
