SENIOR ASSOCIATE & ASSOCIATE for LITIGATION Dept.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE & ASSOCIATE for CORPORATE Dept.
General Requirements :
- Male/Female, max. 40 years old (Senior Position) & max. 35 years old (Associate Position)
- Excellent academic record from a recognized law school
- Good personality, trustworthy, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, able to work independently or lead a team in taking on challenging assignments
- Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
Requirements for Litigation Dept.:
- Min. 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) working experience in litigation work (bankruptcy, criminal & civil law)
- Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments (commercial & criminal) covering multiple levels of courts
- Experienced in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying clients during legal proceedings
Requirements for Corporate Dept.:
- Min. 7 years (for Senior Position) & Min. 3 years (for Associate Position) working experience in Corporate Law Firm
- Well versed with various corporate legal assignments, i.e.: legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, bond issuance, mergers & acquisitions, loan arrangements, capital market.
- Excellent command in English communication skills
