To support its aggressive expansion plan in Indonesia we are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to fill the positions of :

Assistant Manager, Sales & Agronomist (AMS)

Responsibilities:

• Bring in Sales volume to the Company
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with plantations as well as other customer
  
• Handle existing customers and look for new potential customer
  
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for sales growth.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, preferably below 35 years old
  
• 5-10 years of sales experience in fertilizer (preferred). Those who have no experience fertilizer industry but are willing to learn and develop a career will also be considered
  
• Strategic thinker and result oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  
• Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application)
  
• Willing to travel when required
  
• Candidate will be placed in: Jakarta, Riau, Kalimantan
