Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide spare part based on Spare Part Order (SPO) from ASC, ACSC and ASP in order to fulfill spare part needs so as to achieve the agreed level of Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Receive the spare part return in good or damage condition from ACSC and ASP and put the spare part on the determine place
  • Up date daily stock spare part in warehouse physically and compared to database system in order to ensure all the spare part are put on the right place
  • Maintain all documentation which related to outgoing spare part, such as picking list, in order to ease in controlling the outgoing spare part stock
  • Check and identify all the spare part return from ACSC and ASP are in good condition in order to avoid ‘hand over case’ in spare part return
  • Monitor and control all the spare part lent by ASC, ACSC and ASP in order to ensure the period of spare part loan is not exceeded from the agreed period
  • Follow up to ASC, ACSC and ASP in order to return the spare part if the spare part loan is already more than 3 days
  • Inform Warehouse Engineer regarding unavailability of spare part stock in order to take immediate alternate action to get the spare part so as to achieve the agreed level of SLA
  • Provide monthly report of spare part stock, status and hand over case to be submitted to Superior in order to support Superior action plan and decision making process
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from reputable University
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Warehousing with 2 years in handling spare part stock
