HSE Coordinator

Supervisor Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : Citereup, Cimanggis & Gunung Putri

Job Description:

* To ensure that all activities are complied with Safety Management System,
* Continuously identifying and analytical assessment of all possibilities of hazardous activities,
* Produce and revise all SOP, training and campaign relates to Safety Management System,
* Continuously developing Safety Management System based on the standard regulation and factory need,
* Responsible for all administration relate to Safety Management System,
* To ensure that Safety Management System has been done by all employee.

Requirement:

* Male/Female
* Min. Bachelor degree in environmental engineering from reputable university
* Have good knowledge about HSE Management System
* Experience as HSE less than 2 years (fresh graduates are encourage to apply)
* Fluent in English

Senior Researcher

Supervisor Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : Prafa plant

Job Description:

* Developing formulation and manufacturing process of new and innovative products,
* Develop and recommend and provide support and assistance to production management in problems solving related with formulation, raw material, process & production facility.

Requirement:

* Male/Female
* Pharmacist
* Min 2 years experience in R & D Pharmaceutical
* Able to communicate in English and Computer literate

Tax & Financial System Supervisor

Supervisor Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : HO Cilandak

Job Description:

* To manage tax disputes, tax audits and other special projects,
* To do regular analysis and commentaries on taxation aspects of balance date reporting, including income tax expense and balance sheet tax accounts to ensure compliance with the tax laws and regulations, in order to minimize tax risks and promptly resolves all tax issues,
* To manage company's tax payment, in order to ensure that company tax is efficient,
* To ensure that company initiatives, strategies and policies are consistent and complimentary with group tax objectives and values,
* To foster the tax learning of Finance Department's personnel and other related departments,
* To work with Internal Audit or third party consultant in establishing Finance Department's policies, procedures and accounting manuals.

Requirement:

* Male
* Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university
* Holds Brevet B certificate
* Having at least 5 years experience in Tax and Accounting, preferably from big 5 Accounting Firm
* Have sound background & understanding of Indonesia's tax mechanism & regulations and experience dealing with local authorities
* High attention to details, strong analytical thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills, positive ambition.
