PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk, the “Company”, was first established as PT Sawita Bersama Darma, based on Notarial Deed no. 3 dated 1 September 1995. Subsequently, several changes to the Articles of Association were made: changes to its name to PT Nusantara Infrastructure, Tbk. PT Nusantara Infrastructure, Tbk continue to expand its interest in the toll road sector, and intends to seek further opportunities and investment in the sector. Throughout the year the Company was responsible for four links in Makassar - the busy offshoot from the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) and the new 8 km link due to open as part of JORR, Jakarta Lingkar Barat.

CORPORATE LEGAL
Qualifications :

* Female only, between 30 – 40 years old
* Bachelor degree in Law (reputable university)
* 10 years exposure in reputable law firms or in legal department of multinational companies in which min. 3 years in a Public Company (Tbk.)
* High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
* Good Looking
* Sound understanding of corporate laws, commercial laws and contracts laws
* Experience in Financial and Capital Market business
* Good knowledge in Bapepam and BEI Regulation
* Experience in handling Merger and Acquisition process
* Experience in handling corporate action
