SALES EXECUTIVE – Jakarta Sales Office
Qualifications & Attributes:
* Strong knowledge with Jakarta markets (Corporate, MICE, Wholesale/Travel Agents, Government, etc)
* Having selling and negotiation skills with goal focus.
* Fluent in English written and spoken.
* Female and Indonesian/local candidates only.
* At least 2/3 years experience in similar capacity from international 4/5 star hotel.
* High level of creativity, analytical and strong numerical skills.
* Strong administration, managerial, organizational skills and problem-solving.
* Able to manage multiple priorities effectively and changes with flexibility, timeliness and efficiency.
* Strong leadership, empowerment skills, assertive, able to organize, detail oriented, self driven with strong initiative and enjoys working in a team environment.
* Pro-active, enthusiastic, outgoing personality, excellent attitude, energetic, self starter, independent, responsible and confident.
* Has the ability to make sound decisions.
* Excellent communications & interaction skills with both internal and external customers and computer skills.
