As a growing company, the management of PT BAS requires a reliable information system for planning and operation of the resources owned by PT BAS.
PT Bas is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:
1. QA & QC Supervisor ( Code: QA/QC )
• Graduate Diploma or S1 degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in develop Quality Management System culture & awareness preferably in Mining industry
• Manage all QA/QC processes including audits, assessments and reviews
• Have ability in employee s supervision and good communication skill
• Computer literate in MS Office
2. QEHS Superintendent ( Code: QEHS )
• Graduate Diploma or S1 degree
• Minimum 1 year working experience as QEHS Superintendent or 4 years experience as QHSE Supervisor with well understanding and good knowledge in ISO 9001 & 14001, OHSAS 18001
• Has certification of ISO 9001 & 14001, OHSAS and K3 or SMK3
• Has a strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
• Computer literate in MS Office
3. Mining Haul Road Supervisor (Code: MHR)
• High School Graduate
• Minimum 1 years experience as supervisor in haul road maintenance
• Hold the POP license
• Have ability to operate most of type road maintenance equipment (Motor Grader, compactor)
• Have ability in employee s supervision and good communication skill
4. Mining Supervisor ( Code : MINE )
• High School Graduate
• Minimum 1 years experience as mining supervisor
• Hold the POP license
• Have ability to operate most of type mining equipment(Excavator Hitc Zaxis 450,1900/ PC 200,300,400,1250, Dump Truck (Scania, Volvo, and Komatsu HD785), Dozer D7/D8/D10)
• Have ability in employee s supervision and good communication skill
5. Mining Operation Trainer – Heavy Equipment ( Code: OT)
• High School Graduate
• Minimum 3 years experience as trainer / assessor for operator Mining equipment (Excavator Hitc Zaxis 450,1900/ PC 200,300,400,1250, Dump Truck (Scania, Volvo, and Komatsu HD785), Dozer D7/D8/D10)
• Possess Train of the Trainer & POP certificate
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
6. Trade Training Supervisor( Code: TT)
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience as a trainer / assessor for Heavy Equipment Mechanics
• Good knowledge troubleshooting of Heavy Equipment/units
• Possess Train of the Trainer & POP certificate
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
7. Mine Plan Engineer ( Code : ME )
• S1 degree Mining Engineering
• Mining software skills ( minescape, etc )
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
• Having POP license
8. Senior Surveyor ( Code : SVY)
• S1 degree Mining Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience as mining surveyor /mine planner
• Surpac software skills
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
9. Senior Mechanic ( Code : MECH)
• High School Graduate
• Good knowledge troubleshooting of Heavy Equipment/units
• Should have min 5 years experience in Mining or Forestry
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
10. Purchasing Officer (Code : PUR )
• D3 Mechanical or Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering
• Min. 2 years experiences in Purchasing, inventory management methodologies & order fulfillment process preferably from Mining industry
• Good communication and negotiation skill
• Good reporting system
• Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented
• Ready worked in remote area
11. Catalogue Officer (Code : CAT )
• Bachelor degree
• Min. 1 years experiences in managing stock in warehouse preferably from Mining industry
• High accuracy & Compliance with ERP System
• Ready worked in remote area
12. Inventory Control Officer( Code : IC )
• D3 Mechanical or Bachelor Degree preferably from Engineering
• Min. 2 years experiences in inventory management & forecasting preferably from Mining industry
• Good communication & good implementing in ERP System
• Work in detail, time manageable and target oriented
• Ready worked in remote area
13. Plant Superintendent (Code : Plant )
• D III graduate or S1 degree Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience as Plant superintendent or 5 years experience in mining project at supervisor level
• Hold the POP license
• People handling skill diagnostic skill in all aspect of Mechanical repairs
• Mechanic experience on CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi
• Knowledge of welding procedure
