Temas Line is among the first Indonesian shipping line to offer containerized cargo service. Initiated its operational activities with chartered vessel, Temas Line then expanded to become a market leader in the domestic, fully-containerized shipping industry, supported by a modern fleet and cargo loading and discharging facilities, with 25 fleet of vessels, and container supply numbering 25.160 Teus and 23.627 box. The Company also provides support in cargo loading and discharging activities in Jakarta port to ensure fast and efficient container transportation and has one of the most complete lines of heavy equipments to deliver fast and reliable services.

Tax Officer
Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok
Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the company’s tax practices are full compliance with the current tax laws and regulations
  • Responsible reporting and reconciliation in accounting and tax


Requirements:

  • Male or Female with max 28 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Taxation, or similar field, min. GPA 3.00
  • Experienced minimum 2 years in tax area, and having certification of brevet A, B, will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge and familiar with Indonesia Tax Laws and Regulation
  • Fighting spirit, willing to learn, and good working in a team.

Finance and Accounting Staff
Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta
Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial report per voyage for all branches
  • Report consolidation

Requirements:

  • Male or female, max 28 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management with GPA min 3.00
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Thorough knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices
  • Computer literate and familiar with finance and accounting software
  • English proficiency

  • Good analytical thinking

Electrician
(Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta)
Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent. Job role in Electrical Engineer or Electrical Technician/Support.


Mechanic for Heavy Equipment
(Jakarta Raya - Port of Tanjung Priok)
Requirements:

  • Age between 25 - 45 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Heavy Equipment), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
  • Job role in Mechanical Engineer or Technician/Support for heavy equipment such as QC, RMGC, HMC, Reach Staeker
  • Familiar with mechanic pneumatic and hydraulic system engine.

Mechanical Engineering

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.

Electrician for Heavy Equipment
(Jakarta Raya - Port of Tanjung Priok)
Requirements:

Age between 23-45 years
Education D3 / S1 majoring in Electrical Polytechnic, with GPA min: 2.75
Experience 1-5 years in the company operating heavy equipment such as QC, RMGC, HMC, Reach Staeker)
Willing to work Shift & speak English, min passive
Understand analogy PLC control system (Siemens) and DC drives and converters (static and rotating), electronic charts and troubleshooting
Work location in Tanjung Priuk


HR & GA Senior Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing a full spectrum of HR and GA function, including but not limitted to Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Personnel administration, Compensation and benefit, HRIS, Industrial Relation and Office Management
  • Handling grievances, counseling and disciplinary inquiry to ensure progressive discipline and compliance
  • Consolidate and analyzing monthly reports
  • Build a high performing HR and GA team, ensure governance of HR policies and processes
  • Lead and facilitate change management interventions


Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Psychology, Legal or Business Management
  • Min 5 years of progressive HR & GA experience
  • English proficiency both spoken and written
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • A self starter, great independence and self-motivating
  • Must be well conversant with labor laws/practices and employment policies
  • Must have demonstrated work history of maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
  • Conversant with assessment tools, training need analysis, and competency based human resource management, payroll and HR Administration
  • Proficiency with Window-based computer software, including database and HR System


Legal Staff

Requirements:
