Training Staff (Trainer)

Responsibilities:

• Able to analyze training needs

• Able to develop, designing and deliver training materials about product knowledge, soft skills and another training material for sales person

• Monitoring and evaluating training programme



Requirements:

• Male, Age 24 – 28 years old

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from any disicplines

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good knowledge in creating & developing training modules

• Good Interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills

• Computer literate & English proficiency

• Having a driving license (SIM A)
