LOWONGAN KERJA KASONGAN BUMI KENCANA
PT Kasongan Bumi Kencana, a gold mining company with resources located in Central and South Kalimantan is looking for individuals who are qualified, dynamic and willing to take on progressively more responsibilities as they grow and develop with the Company; to fill the following positions:
SENIOR SURVEYOR
The selected candidate will be responsible for directing and leading the survey team. Conducts topographic survey targets set by the exploration team, complete detailed survey as required, data processing and ensure the correct processing, recording and reporting of results obtained. Update daily survey readings and mappings. Working in accordance with the schedule and maintaining site safety standards throughout project.
The ideal candidate shall have completed tertiary qualifications in Surveying, as well as a minimum of 5 years experiences as a surveyor, preferably in open cut gold mining project; proficient in survey instruments and survey software; able to work independently in uncomfortable environments. Good written and spoken English will be highly regarded.
RESOURCE MODELING GEOLOGIST
The successful candidate is required for ongoing geological and resource modeling activities of existing gold resources to JORC reporting standards and requirements. The responsibilities include data validation, interpretation, geological and resource modeling of the data to produce resource models and reports.
The ideal candidate shall have Bachelor of Science in geology with at least 5 years experience in epithermal gold style, proficient at using Micromine or equivalent software, with an eye for detail. Full understanding of the resource development and modeling process is required, with a confident personality and be a self-reliant, independent self starter.
DRAFTER
This position will be required to support the project team by deliver drafting various drawings, concepts and modifications to all areas of mining operations as required. You should have the ability to take ideas and put them into a drawing.
You shall be experienced in the use of AutoCAD, prior significant experience in mechanical design and process plant layout with mining project. Strong technical knowledge and conceptual design; willing to travel to project site when required.
SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing all spectrum of HR function including Recruitment, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Policies & Procedures, Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations.
The successful candidate will have an extensive human resource management experience gained within the resource industry; experience in gold mining project will be highly regarded. Demonstrated knowledge of legislation and best practices of human resource, excellent organizational, negotiating and communications skills and experience with cultural diversity.
RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
This position will be responsible for the delivery of recruitment services across the Company; you will be working closely with the hiring managers to fulfill the hiring requests, take the lead of all selection and hiring process. Duties will include design and place job advertisement, managing and maintain candidates database, conducting interviews, pre-employment testing, extending offers, on boarding process as well as promoting company at various career fairs and student hiring.
The ideal candidate shall have an outstanding track record in recruitment. Key to your success will be your outstanding skills in candidate sourcing, demonstrated knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences inability, personality, learning and motivation. Good industry knowledge of gold mining area will be a significant advantage. Service and results oriented; proactive approach to recruiting.
