01 | SPM – SAP PROJECT MANAGER

• At least 6 yrs SAP Experience, minimum 2 years as Project Manager
• Profound knowledge of ASAP Methodology & Solution Manager, involved in at least 3 start-to-end SAP implementation projects with >20 users
• Highly skilled in SAP Project effort estimation, resources allocation, creating and managing work plans.
• Experienced in resolving functional issues & managing resolution of technical issues Certified in at least 1 SAP Module, working experience in several modules a plus Knowledge of ABAP & BASIS preferred

01 | PM – PROJECT MANAGER

• Minimum Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years as Project Manager in IT Industry
• Involve in at least 2 full project cycles with minimum 4 months duration,
• Having technical and/or functional experiences would be preferred.
• Having good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
• Having good communication skill, negotiation and presentation skill
• Hold PMP Certificate is a must

02 | SFC – SAP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

• At least 3 years SAP Experience, minimum 1 year as Functional Team Leader
• Knowledge of ASAP Methodology & Solution Manager, involved in at least 2 start-to-end SAP implementation projects
• Experienced in managing team work plans and team resources allocation
• Highly skilled in resolving SAP functional issues
• Preferably certified in at feast 1 SAP Module
• Working experience in several modules a plus
• Knowledge of ABAP preferred but not mandatory

03 | BTC – BI CONSULTANTS/BI TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS

• University Graduates
• Experience in using business intelligent tools, preferably business objects
• Good understanding of data warehouse concept and tools
• Experience on developing query statement, able to use SQL statement
• Experience on database technology (oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, db2, etc)
• At least 3 years of working experience in this area and/or at least posses 2 BI project cycle

04 | PSS – PRESALES ORACLE SOA and DBA

• Proven or demonstrably outstanding presentation skills and writing skills
• Ability to articulate complex topics to novice
• 5 years as an Oracle SOA and 4 years + for Oracle DBA Understanding of Project lifecycles
• Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle database technologies
• Two years+ PL/SQL Programming Experience
• Ability to enforce and maintain PL/SOL programming standards particularly whilst
• Knowledge of XML technologies
• Advanced SQL tuning skills – tkprof, explain plan, indexing (Desirable)
• Exposure to advanced PUSQL features (Oracle types, arrays, objects) (Desirable)
• Experience with GUI tools e.g. Toad (Desirable)
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to quickly identify and respond to changing requirements

• At least 3-5 years sales experience in value-selling at large accounts
• Well balanced technical and business acumen, maintains a profound understanding of the business and technical contexts in which key accounts are situated, and uses this knowledge to build consultative effectiveness wad establish trust
• The ability to demonstrate client-sensitive practices within the account(s) and internal gat keeping within Metrocom to support building strategic trusted advisor status
• A university degree, a post-graduate in business/management is a definite advantage Team player, strong interpersonal and communication skills
