IT Senior Business Analyst
Job Reference - Indonesia, MIDC INA - 001/2008

You will play a crucial role in deliveering value added to business functions through technology. You will primarily work in the area of Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, thus understanding of business processes and system in those areas are required

You will also be expected to work with internal / external providers to deliver IT solutions. Project Management experience with project lead capabilities are preferred

Your experince in FMCC industry will be an advantage. Functional experience in implementing / supporting SAp is essential, along with the principal knowledge of system design and root cause analysis

Should you have Master degree or Bachelor degree with IT education background from reputable university with minimum 5 years of working experience in the business IT environment are welcome to apply to this position

IT - Customer Service Manager
Job Reference - Indonesia, MIDC INA - 002/2008

You will play a crucial role in managing and administering the local and wide area networks, servers, computers and other relevant equipments. With the help of your service delivery team, you will provide support to all users throughout BAT Indonesia and ensure that high quality services are maintained

You will also be responsible for managing Disaster Recovery Centre for mission-critical applications, as well as ensuring the availability, integrity and securing of data, software and hardware. You will be in charge of operational policies, procurement of IT materials and managing operational cost within agreed budget

Knowledge in networks and different operating platforms such as Windows Server 2003 / 2000, SCO UNIX, Lotus Notes R6 is essential. Experience in implementing ERP system and other business applications will be a plus

Should you have Master degree or Bachelor degree with IT education background from reputable university with minimum 5 years of working experience in business IT environment and company with multiple sites or branches are welcome to apply to this position
