PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk. are an establisehd oil palm plantation company listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange seeking for qualified General Manager Finance & Accounting and Accounting Manager. The position will be based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan or Jakarta (but will travel regularly to the site in Kalimantan Tengah).

Qualifications:

• 30-40 years old of age
• Minimum degree of S1 with major in Accountancy
• 5 years experiences in handling finance, accounting and tax related issues
• Preferably to have experience in palm oil business
• Good English writing for General Manager Finance & Accounting

Requirement for General Manager Finance & Accounting

• Manage overall Finance, Accounting and Tax related activities
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management report for the region
• Prepare the guidelines for finance and accounting and its report systems
• Review daily finance transaction, monthly operations report, regulatory reports, budget and cash flow forecast the region
• Act as a coordinator for yearly budget preparation, compile and summarize yearly budget for the region
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities and financial institutions

Requirements for Accounting Manager

• Manage accounting and tax reporting activities
• Prepare financial statements, management report, annual tax return for subsidiary
• Review daily finance transactions, regulatory reports, budget and cash flow forecast for a subsidiary
• Coordinate accounting recording and reporting activities with estate and mill
• Compile and summarize yearly budget for a subsidiary
• Liaise with external auditors
