Our Client, a UK based international banking in Indonesia is currently seeking highly motivated and qualified professionals for following positions: TEAM LEADER FOR TIME DEPOSIT / INVESTMENT / LOAN / PAYMENT OPERATIONS , BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT, RECORD MANAGEMENT OFFICER, RECONCILIATION, TELLER, CUSTOMER SERVICE, PASSWORD ADMINISTRATION, TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION BUSINESS ANALYST, INFORMATION & IT SECURITY, PROCUREMENT MANAGER

TEAM LEADER FOR TIME DEPOSIT OPERATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years experience as team leader for Time Deposit process in International or large local banks.
  • Have experience in managing a group of 6 - 10 staffs at minimum.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Sufficient understanding oral & written in English.
  • High integrity & willing to work hard & long hours
  • Experience with Flexcube will be beneficial.

TEAM LEADER FOR INVESTMENT OPERATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years experience as team leader for Investment Operations process in International or large local banks.
  • Have experience in managing a group of 6 - 10 staffs at minimum.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Sufficient understanding oral & written in English.
  • High integrity & willing to work hard & long hours
  • Experience with Flexcube will be beneficial.

TEAM LEADER FOR LOAN OPERATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years experience as team leader for Loan Operations process in International or large local banks.
  • Have experience in managing a group of 6 - 10 staffs at minimum.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Sufficient understanding oral & written in English.
  • High integrity & willing to work hard & long hours
  • Experience with Flexcube will be beneficial.

TEAM LEADER FOR PAYMENT OPERATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years experience as team leader for Payment Operations process in International or large local banks, which includes RTGS, SKN, international funds transfer and collections.
  • Have experience in managing a group of 6 - 10 staffs at minimum.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Sufficient understanding oral & written in English.
  • High integrity & willing to work hard & long hours
  • Experience with Flexcube will be beneficial.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT

  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing Business Continuity process of a large bank.
  • Strong understanding of banking process & technology applications.
  • Well understanding of Information Security aspect
  • Good written in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

RECORD MANAGEMENT OFFICER

  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing physical record keeping.
  • Experience in managing mailing room.
  • Well understanding of regulator requirement on record retention period.
  • Strong process management.
  • Understanding of microfilming, image scanning will be required.

RECONCILIATION

  • Minimum 5 years experience in reconcilement of General Ledger.
  • Good understanding of accounting policy & processes.
  • Strong in numbers crunching.
  • Experience in accounting will be preferred.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word & Excel.

TELLER

  • Minimum 4 years experience as Teller in big local bank or international bank.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Good communication skill
  • Sufficient oral & written in English
  • Excellent service attitude.
  • Have attended various service quality training/course.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Bank or Financial institution customer service.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Good communication skill
  • Sufficient oral & written in English
  • Excellent service attitude.
  • Have attended various service quality training/course.

PASSWORD ADMINISTRATION

  • Minimum 4 years experience in managing password / users ID administration & management.
  • Understanding of banking applications preferably with Flexcube application system.
  • Strong process management.
  • Good English (oral & written)

TECHNOLOGY APPLICATION BUSINESS ANALYST

  • Minimum 4 years experience in managing Treasury & Trade Technology application support.
  • Preferably with Flexcube experience.
  • Good communication skill
  • Well understanding of English (oral & written)
  • Well structures & highly organized.

INFORMATION & IT SECURITY

  • Minimum 4 years work experience as IT or Information Security Officer.
  • Preferably experience with banking industry.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
  • Have attended various Information & IT Security training

PROCUREMENT MANAGER

  • Minimum 4 years work experience as Procurement Manager in International Company.
  • Fluent in English (oral & written).
  • High integrity & strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills
